Returns

To return an item, please call us at 855-884-0492 or email customerservice@campfitters.com within 30 days of your purchase to receive a return authorization number before you return an item. Please use this form when returning your item for a full refund at the original purchase price, plus any sales tax charged, in the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order or unless the item we sent was damaged during shipping. We will gladly replace an item that was damaged during shipping. For damaged items, please notify CampFitters within five days of receiving your order. If possible, take a photo of the item and email it to customer service at customerservice@campfitters.com.

The merchandise must be appropriately packaged before returning and should be in excellent, unused condition. Use the shipper of your choice when returning items but please use the item’s original packaging materials. For protection on more expensive items, you may want to insure the item for its full value. Customers are responsible for returned items that are damaged when they reach us.

Custom orders, clearance products, and gift certificates are nonrefundable. Light fixtures that have been installed cannot be returned.
